We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our innovative team at ROShell, a leading manufacturer of pressure vessels and fully assembled systems for industrial water treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cutting-edge products for water treatment, utilizing expertise in CAD software and manufacturing methods.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create design briefs and drive product innovation.
  • Produce 3D models and technical drawings of products using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Conduct finite element analysis to test and optimize designs, ensuring compliance with international industry standards such as ASME X.
  • Design, run, and analyze results of physical tests on prototypes, including water pressure tests.
  • Identify optimal manufacturing processes and find creative solutions to problems.
  • Research new product ideas and manufacturing methods to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Write detailed reports and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in engineering, such as design engineering, industrial design, or mechanical engineering.
  • Previous experience as a design engineer or similar role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong mathematical skills and experience with CAD software, such as SolidWorks.
  • Proven experience with finite element analysis software, such as Abaqus and/or Ansys.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with knowledge of Hindi and/or Arabic being a strong advantage.
