Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Record purchases accurately in the ERP system across the group.
  • Verify and post all expenses, supplier bills, and other relevant transactions.
  • Conduct vendor and customer account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Follow up on customer payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Reconcile inventory records across the group to ensure proper stock management.
  • File VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • (Optional) Provide insights on corporate tax-related matters.
  • Streamline financial processes using ERP systems.
  • Apply basic knowledge of import-export logistics processes and documentation.
  • Be flexible and open to taking on additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws and filing procedures.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and reconciliation skills.
  • Knowledge of corporate tax is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of import-export logistics processes and related documentation is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
