Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the professional and effective running of the day-to-day Club Rooms and Lounge operations, in accordance with all Sheraton Service Standards and Marriott International Hotels and Resorts Policies and Procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the Club Lounge, including guest communications, services provided, and inventory management.
  2. Ensuring that services provided are in harmony with our Sheraton core values (warm, connecting, and community).
  3. Monitoring club rooms and suites inventory and ensuring maximum availability on a daily basis to maximize room revenue.
  4. Managing and operating business facilities and club lounge meeting rooms.
  5. Preparing a daily P&L summary for Sheraton Club performance.

The ideal candidate will also have the awareness of maximizing returns to all stakeholders, be adaptable to different cultures and settings, and enjoy working in a team environment.
