Requirements:

  • Experience working with developers or project management companies (not design consultants or construction firms).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other relevant design and project management software.
  • Familiarity with UAE building regulations and international architectural standards.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working on high-end residential and hospitality projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building certifications is an advantage.
