  3. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership agreements, licensing, and service contracts.
  4. Develop and maintain contract templates to streamline legal documentation and enhance consistency.
  5. Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and compliance with agreed terms.
  6. Identify potential legal risks within the organization and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and internal policies to manage legal and regulatory risks.
  8. Conduct periodic legal audits and assessments to ensure regulatory compliance and highlight areas for improvement.
