Marketing and Ecommerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in online marketing and e-commerce, with a proven track record of measurable results.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Digital Strategy: Developing a comprehensive online marketing strategy aligned with our e-commerce department's goals.
  • Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, and more.
  • Content Creation: Overseeing the creation of engaging content for digital marketing efforts, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Customer Acquisition: Implementing strategies to acquire new customers and drive online traffic to our e-commerce platform.
  • Data Analysis: Utilizing data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimizing website content and structure for search engines and managing paid search advertising campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Developing and maintaining a strong presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content, and engaging with the online community.
  • Email Marketing: Managing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
  • Budget Management: Effectively managing resources and providing regular financial reports.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Job Qualifications
  • Masters' Degree: Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in online marketing and e-commerce with measurable results.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in data analytics and digital marketing software.
