Senior HR Business Partner Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner – Recruitment to join our team in the Middle East. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for utilizing recruitment technology applications and agreed end-to-end processes to provide recruitment services across all areas of the business.

Your primary objective will be to design innovative direct sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the market place in a cost-effective manner. This is a key role that requires a responsive and client-facing individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for following the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection across the MENA region.
  • Work with the hiring manager / HOD to complete a detailed job description / specification.
  • Assist in developing the sourcing strategy for each role recruited and agree the strategy with the hiring manager / HOD.
  • Ensure all requisitions are fully specified and tracked through the correct authorization, sourcing channels, and processes.
  • Interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting, and building talent pools.
  • Manage our presence on job boards, ensuring at all times we are getting value for money out of the agreements and our listings are positioned for maximum effectiveness.
