About the Role
  • Supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
  • Develop and train assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver respective section objectives.
Budget and Performance Management
  • Prepare and submit budget proposals for Department/Section budgets and assist in implementation of approved Budget and work plans.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics to support effective performance and cost control.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
  • Implement approved Department/Section policies, processes, systems, standards, and procedures in order to support the Department/Section's work programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and legal regulations.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
  • Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
  • Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Well Engineering, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering.
  • 6 years of experience in Well Engineering, plus 2 years of which should be in field operations.
