About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at Meta. As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user-centered product experiences that meet the needs of our users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to iterate and refine product designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across our products.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design capabilities.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience with design systems and guidelines, and the ability to develop and maintain them.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with front-end development and coding skills, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of design research methods and tools, such as user interviews and usability testing.
  • Experience with design tools, such as InVision or Axure.
