Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute audit plans for treasury and bank note operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  2. Conduct thorough reviews of treasury functions, including cash management, investments, and bank reconciliations, to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and procedures related to bank note handling and treasury functions, recommending enhancements as needed.
  4. Identify and assess risks associated with treasury operations and bank note management, providing recommendations to mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
  5. Perform risk-based audits to ensure that potential risks are addressed, and provide guidance on corrective actions.
  6. Review and analyze bank statements, reconciliations, and treasury reports for accuracy and adherence to regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  7. Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations, and present results to management.
  8. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing controls and processes, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to treasury and bank note management, applying this knowledge to enhance internal controls.
  10. Work closely with the treasury and finance teams to understand operations and address audit-related queries, fostering a collaborative environment.
  11. Coordinate with external auditors as needed, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA) preferred.
  2. Proven experience in internal auditing, with a focus on treasury and bank note functions, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, internal controls, and auditing standards, with a focus on treasury and bank note operations.
  4. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  5. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
Experience
  1. Internal Auditor: 5 years (Required)
  2. Treasury/Bank Notes Audit: 3 years (Required)
  3. Financial Institutions: 5 years (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED AED15,000.00 per month
