Position Overview

The Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting the aftersales business through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting: Generate precise and timely reports for key stakeholders, focusing on metrics such as parts sales, inventory levels, and service performance dashboards.
  • Pricing Analysis: Analyze changes in OEM pricing and facilitate accurate uploads into the ERP system to maintain pricing integrity.
  • Budget Preparation: Develop and manage budgets for the aftersales sectors, including parts, service, and training, while also producing monthly rolling forecasts for parts.
  • Sales Variance Analysis: Collaborate with parts and service teams to provide insights on monthly sales variances, comparing actual results against budgeted figures.
  • Data Retrieval: Assist in data extraction from the Inventory Control System (ICS) and address any ERP-related inquiries.
  • Financial Analysis: Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of general ledger configurations, chart of accounts, and related data across various ledgers for in-depth financial assessments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, with a preference for additional qualifications in data analytics.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in analytics and systems development.
  • Familiarity with a dealership environment that encompasses product sales and aftersales support, including service and training.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Access, and Power BI.
  • Experience with SharePoint is advantageous, along with a detail-oriented, analytical mindset and the ability to work independently while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
