- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant, including attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and timekeeping for 250 factory workers and staff-level employees.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, factory regulations, DAFZA and Dubai Commercity requirements, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Handle audits and maintain statutory records (e.g., PF, ESI, labor returns, visa documentation) in coordination with DAFZA and Dubai Commercity authorities.
- Act as the primary liaison with DAFZA and Dubai Commercity authorities to facilitate permits, visas, labor quotas, and other regulatory requirements for the plant.
