About the Role

Asterix Communications is seeking a highly skilled Landscape BIM Architect to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for utilizing building information modeling (BIM) software to create and manage digital representations of landscape architecture projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage architectural content, ensuring high-quality submission sets and graphical control.
  2. Utilize advanced Revit skills, with proficiency in Lumion/Enscape being a plus.
  3. Support and assist Directors/Head of Landscape Architecture with daily operational functions.
  4. Prepare project design and documentation, technically supervise, and execute quality works according to proposals.
  5. Enhance the drafting standards of the company.
  6. Responsible for creative design for the conceptualization of landscaping inside and outside buildings and other specified project areas.
  7. Coordinate plans and drawings directly with clients via email.
  8. Assist Directors in promoting and marketing Engisoft's services.
  9. Research advanced techniques by attending promotional events and seminars.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a BIM Architect, preferably with a focus on landscape architecture.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience working in a reputable company within the architecture or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools; Lumion/Enscape skills are an added benefit.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM implementation.
  • Knowledge of project coordination and collaboration using BIM methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing BIM models and construction documents.
