The role must analyze and monitor route activities and results, develop alternative plans as needed, measure revenue & profitability levels, and take corrective action to evaluate market opportunities for growth.

This role is responsible for managing employee performance to ensure customer base goals are achieved, maximizing revenue and profit from existing customers, protecting company assets, and ensuring safety.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Route Management, Revenue and Cost Management, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. A degree-educated or relevant experience is required.
