  • Physical Demands: Ability to participate in activities, run, climb, swim, lift, or support the weight of children.
  • Background Check and Immunizations: Ability to pass a background check, physical, and provide proof of immunizations.
  • Personal Qualities: High level of responsibility, accountability, and an upbeat, engaging personality.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
