Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Process Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the process engineering team in the development of project deliverables, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.

This role requires a strong technical background in process engineering, with experience in managing teams and coordinating project execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the process engineering team in the development of project deliverables.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain process models, simulations, and designs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in process engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of process modeling and simulation software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
