As a dedicated and compassionate nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients suffering from severe burns and wounds, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care and Management: Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with severe burns and wounds, addressing their unique needs and requirements.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions, effective communication, and optimal patient outcomes.
- Health Education and Promotion: Provide educational sessions for patients and families on burn care, wound management, and related topics to promote patient empowerment and self-management.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrate leadership behaviors, supervising junior staff and students to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Requirements:
- Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualifications.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
- Professional Licenses: Valid and current national license to practice nursing.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
