Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Group CEO and the CEO Office team.
  • Assist in preparing and editing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate meetings and events.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage files, documents, and records efficiently and confidentially.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
