Key Responsibilities:

Education and Qualifications: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in planning and design of maritime infrastructure, including:

  1. Container terminal design and development
  2. Bulk terminal planning and construction
  3. General cargo facility design and management
  4. Quay wall design and engineering
  5. Dredging and coastal engineering
  6. Jetty and dolphin design and construction
  7. Ro-Ro facility planning and development
  8. Marina design and management
  9. Coastal structure design and engineering
  10. Onshore port infrastructure planning and development

Key Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, British standards, PIANC, and other relevant guidelines
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
