Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Planning Engineer to join our team at ASIA Prime General Contracting Co. LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including baseline programs and recovery programs, to ensure timely completion and minimize delays.
  2. Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  3. Schedule Management: Prepare look-ahead programs, track deliveries, and ensure that project schedules are aligned with the project execution strategy.
  4. Resource Allocation: Plan and manage resources, including manpower and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
  5. Delay Analysis: Conduct delay analysis and prepare extension of time requests to ensure that clients are informed of any delays.
  6. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare weekly and monthly project reports, as well as client presentations, to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in project planning and coordination, preferably in the UAE construction industry.
