Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing routine maintenance tasks, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements of equipment and fixtures
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including the interior and exterior
  • Operate floor machines to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Perform basic electrical and plumbing work, including changing light bulbs and fixing minor leaks
  • Work with production leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Track and report on maintenance activities, including issues, malfunctions, and defective parts
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work at heights
  • Basic hand tool experience and ability to perform minor repairs
  • Proven attendance record and ability to work independently
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift 50lbs. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are not required but are a plus.
