At MatchaTalent, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corrosion Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our corrosion management team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our corrosion management program, including on-stream monitoring and risk-based inspection. You will conduct inspections based on API-580 methodology and review and approve recommended solutions for coating failures and cathodic protection. Additionally, you will participate in HAZOP review sessions and ensure all issues are addressed. Your expertise will also be utilized to manage our water treatment program and recommend solutions to overcome challenges. You will review design packages and validate materials selection based on current codes and standards. Furthermore, you will validate corrosion controls, corrosion loops, and corrosion damage mechanisms frequently. You will assess feed composition changes and approve recommended solutions to ensure asset integrity. Your responsibilities will also include developing scope and description of technology items and leading field implementation. Finally, you will develop and transfer knowledge about the use of coating, CP, corrosion inhibitors, and other corrosion controls and best practices.

Responsibilities:

* Implement and manage corrosion management program

* Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in corrosion management and materials integrity
* Strong knowledge of API-580 methodology and corrosion management principles
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
