The Senior Manager - Account Development role at Client of Talentmate requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of driving strategic growth and retention initiatives across key client accounts.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Develop and execute account development strategies that result in significant revenue growth and retention.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers to deliver tailored solutions and drive business success.
- Lead strategic reviews, presentations, and negotiations with clients to secure renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Regularly review account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in account management, client services, or business development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of managing large, strategic accounts and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis platforms.
