About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Sustainability initiatives at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of sustainability programs and communicating results to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using data and metrics to drive sustainability outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams to define and implement sustainability programs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Define and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness in sustainability programs.
  • Communication: Communicate results and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Process Improvement Experience: 3+ years of experience driving process improvements and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management Experience: Experience managing multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Process Development Experience: Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
