Americana Restaurants is looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager Customer Insights to lead the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:
  1. BUILD THE CUSTOMER INSIGHTS FUNCTION: Develop frameworks and benchmarks across markets, leveraging established methodologies while testing and adapting new approaches.
  2. PARTNER WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS: Embed insights into decision-making processes, working closely with Marketing, Operations, Digital, and Franchise Teams.
  3. RESEARCH PARTNERSHIPS: Develop and manage relationships with external agencies and data providers.
  4. CUSTOMER TREND ANALYSIS: Identify, track, and analyze emerging trends to shape brand strategies.
  5. INSIGHTS SYNTHESIS: Combine insights from syndicated research, primary research, and competitive intelligence to provide a comprehensive market view.

Experience and Skills

  1. 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or customer analytics.
  2. Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, data analysis, and storytelling with insights.
