Data Quality Specialist

Al Nahiya Group is seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Specialist to join our team. As a Data Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform statistical analysis on large datasets to identify data quality issues and develop strategies to improve data integrity.
  • Evaluate system performance and design to identify areas for improvement and optimize data quality.
  • Collaborate with database developers to design and implement data collection and storage processes that ensure data quality.
  • Run data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions, and develop plans to clean and correct data.
  • Gather data from primary and secondary sources to identify trends and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Document data quality processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data quality analysis and implementation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with SQL, ETL, and data quality tools (Informatica, Infosphere, etc.).
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyze data and integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Experience with data integration from Informatica and Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Data Bricks.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues.
  • Experience with data warehousing and reporting packages such as Power BI.
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
