  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and global regulatory bodies

Key qualifications include:

  • 15+ years' of executive experience in a similar leadership role
  • Strong background in Primary Markets, preferably structured products/Fixed Income
  • Proven strategic planning experience, including hiring, deal sourcing, and vendor management
  • Emerging Markets experience is a strong preference
  • Legal/Accounting qualifications are highly desirable
  • Board level experience is essential
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
