Job Summary:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a senior credit and collections manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process from start to finish.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collections and reduce days sales outstanding.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met.

  • Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices related to accounts receivable.

  • Review and approve delivery orders as required.

  • Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain customer credit limits to ensure efficient cash flow management.

  • Provide support to sales, commercial, and legal teams as needed.

  • Resolve customer disputes in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • You will have experience working in a similar role, managing accounts receivable and resolving customer disputes.
  • You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage accounts receivable.
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
