Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Oil And Gas Job Search Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the process lead and discipline manager to determine project objectives for the process team.
  2. Design Input: Provide process engineering input to design activities undertaken by other inter-discipline engineers.
  3. Interface Management: Interface with other disciplines, vendors, and required parties with process engineering expertise.
  4. Deliverables: Ensure that deliverables provided to the project are technically accurate, within scope, budget, and schedule, and in compliance with quality procedures and project plans.
  5. Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior process engineers to ensure their success in given tasks.
  6. Team Collaboration: Contribute to creating a good working environment and strong team spirit within the process team.
  7. Feasibility Studies: Execute feasibility studies, conceptual design, and process studies.
  8. Design Documents: Develop and assist other process engineers in key design documents, including heat and material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, and datasheets.
  9. Software Proficiency: Be proficient with process software such as Hysys, FlareNet, ProMax, Pipesim, Olga, and others.
  10. Process Knowledge: Have good knowledge of process work, including line sizing, PSV sizing, blowdown, and equipment sizing.
  11. Representation: Act as representative in technical design reviews, including P&ID, HAZOP, SIL, HAZID, client, and vendor meetings.
  12. Project Execution: Assist project engineering leads and managers in project design and execution according to contract and client needs.
  13. Documentation: Write technical reports, scopes of work, and technical queries.
  14. Problem-Solving: Recognize problems and discrepancies in work processes, suggest improvements, and request help when needed.
HSEQ Requirements
  1. Compliance: Comply with company values and QA system.
  2. Safe Design: Design processes that operate safely and adhere to NOV HSE and Quality requirements.
  3. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of HSE and Quality within the project and everyday office environment.
