We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team at Mohamedhilalgroup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury interior design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Project Management
  • Oversee the entire design process from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring flawless project management and consistent communication.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve any design-related issues to ensure the design vision is realized.
Technical Expertise
  • Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using industry-standard software.
  • Source premium materials, finishes, and FF&E that align with the luxury market.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Present design concepts and project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with branding, marketing, and operations teams to create memorable brand experiences.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in luxury interior design, ideally in retail, F&B, or high-end commercial projects.
  • A portfolio showcasing luxury design projects with exceptional attention to detail, materiality, and spatial composition.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona/V-Ray, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining precision and quality.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to bring your design concepts to life.
