About the Role

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Yacht Hostess to join our team in Dubai. As a Yacht Hostess, you will play a vital role in ensuring an unforgettable experience for our valued guests, providing exceptional service and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere on board our luxurious yachts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Welcome and Service: Welcome guests aboard the yacht with a warm and professional demeanor, attending to their needs throughout their charter and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  2. Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages according to guest preferences and high-end hospitality standards.
  3. Environmental Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized environment in guest areas, including setting up and clearing away for meals and events.
  4. Safety and Security: Ensure guest safety by adhering to all maritime regulations and emergency procedures.
  5. Crew Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and professional crew environment, working effectively with other crew members to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as cabin crew or in a similar hospitality role (e.g. high-end restaurant server).
  2. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service, with impeccable personal appearance and grooming standards.
  4. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic (a plus), with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and crew members.
  5. Additional Qualifications: Valid UAE residence visa or willingness to obtain one (preferred), experience working on yachts (a plus), and First Aid/CPR certification (a plus).
