Role Overview

As a Vehicles Trainer at Al Taif, you will be responsible for delivering classroom and workshop training in all Vehicle and Recovery related subjects. This includes enforcing safety and security rules, advising the Chief Instructor on course development and delivery functions, and designing, developing, and analyzing courses in accordance with the Systems Approach to Training (SAT).

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree minimum and Master's degree preferred, with graduate training from any military program in combat vehicles being a significant advantage. Additionally, they should have at least 2-3 years of experience as an instructor in logistics/general subjects and a minimum of two years of military experience.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office software, and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). The ability to conduct analysis and develop performance-oriented instruction and lesson plans is essential.

  • Develop and maintain instructional material, including lesson plans, handouts, and PowerPoint presentations.
