Key Responsibilities:- Partner with investment managers to evaluate risk implications post-deal, including CEO succession and product risks.
- Model potential impacts on company performance, revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Assess implications on exit strategies and collaborate on strategic decisions with investment teams.
- Conduct operational due diligence and ensure investee companies have robust risk management frameworks in place.
- Engage consultants as needed for specialised risk assessments and interventions.
- Bachelor's (and/or) masters degree in a top tier university.
- Strong background in private markets, with experience in investment risk assessment and portfolio management.
- Proven ability to communicate complex risk concepts effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with operational due diligence and risk modelling tools.
- Cross-sector experience and adaptability highly valued.
