  1. Develop and execute cross-functional projects to redesign customer journeys.
  2. Analyze data and research to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Create journey maps, service design blueprints, and prototypes to solve challenging Customer Experience problems.
  4. Evaluate and refine concepts based on user testing validation.
  5. Present project work to stakeholders and executives.
