  • This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service as a liaison between the bar, kitchen and service areas.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bar clearance areas, cleaning and polishing OS&E, and following directions from the Bartender to ensure seamless service.
  • In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining organized and stocked work stations, preserving the cleanliness and safety of the bar areas, and receiving and storing food and beverage items in accordance with food hygiene regulations and ISO procedures.
  • To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position, such as a restaurant or bar waiter, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
