Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Evaluation and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' conditions, identifying areas requiring intervention and developing evidence-based care plans.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure cohesive care delivery, effective communication, and seamless transitions.
- Health Education and Promotion: Provide educational sessions for patients and families on burn care, wound management, and related topics to empower patients and families.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrate leadership behaviors, supervising junior staff and students to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualifications.
