The RoleThis strategic role focuses on managing corporate sales activities for multiple brands across UAE and GCC markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing relationships with corporate clients and fleet/customers' accounts, larger corporate accounts, and sales functions for assigned portfolios by executing sales strategies.
- You will be responsible for achieving specified portfolio targets and directing sales teams to achieve targets.
- You will develop and implement B2B/Fleet sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- You will identify and pursue new B2B/Fleet sales opportunities and accounts.
- You will manage and report on sales performance metrics.
You will report to the Managing Director Honda and Trading Enterprises and manage a team of Key Account Managers.
What You Need- Bachelors or Master's Degree.
- 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Fleet, with 2-3 years in a management role.
- Experience working with OEMs.
- Previous experience within MENA is preferred (not essential).
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
