Job Summary:

As a Procurement Coordinator at LEO INTERNATIONAL HRC, you will be responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects. This involves obtaining quotes and negotiating prices with suppliers, reviewing project plans and specifications to determine material requirements, and developing procurement strategies accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to forecast material needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Issue purchase orders and contracts to approved vendors and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Track orders and deliveries, monitoring supplier performance and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, expenditures, and supplier information using procurement software or other tools.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels, identifying shortages, and replenishing supplies as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, as well as experience with procurement software and tools.
