Job DescriptionThe Development Project Lead will be responsible for managing large-scale real estate development projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of real estate development, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project scopes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects within scope.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring that all parties meet contractual obligations.
- Lead project meetings, providing clear direction and updates to internal teams and senior management.
- Report regularly on project status, financials, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 12-15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management, and UAE real estate regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-value real estate projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
