Regional Logistics Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned supply chain professional to take on a key leadership role in driving our regional supply chain strategy forward.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead regional supply chain operations to achieve maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and optimize inventory management.
- Oversee demand & supply planning, logistics, warehousing, and distributor management to improve service levels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.
- Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of compliance with global supply chain regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Exceptional expertise in demand planning, S&OP, logistics, and distributor management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex supply chain projects and drive strategic initiatives.
- Proven track record of success in regional leadership roles within multinational organizations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
