Position: Business Systems Analyst

Specialization: CRM in Banking Sector

Overview:

Analyze and document user business workflows and requirements effectively.

Execute testing for newly developed or modified systems.

Act as a liaison between users and the technical team.

Provide continuous user support, including troubleshooting and system issue resolution.

Collaborate with the marketing department to formulate CRM strategies that align with the customer journey and enrollment processes, utilizing CRM data to create targeted segments for analysis.

Assist users in setting up campaigns and events.

Monitor data quality and process integrity.

Generate reports and queries as needed.

Manage user accounts, including onboarding new users and maintaining user documentation.

Support the GT Team in managing system configurations, rolling out upgrades, and implementing new features and functionalities.

Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in functional design, business transformation, operating model design, and process architecture.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle principles and a background in software development is preferred.

Strong foundation in business analysis and/or systems analysis.

Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and bug resolution is required.

Prior experience with Siebel CRM projects is highly desirable.

A background in the insurance sector is an added advantage.
