Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Specifications Coordinator.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to maintain project-specific procedure manuals, filing systems, and document control systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities associated with specification editing and finalizing as required to meet deadlines efficiently.

Key responsibilities include providing accurate assistance in responding to telephone inquiries, updating project files every month, and coordinating project work within the company and inter-company level effectively.

A Bachelor's degree or other qualification with relevant experience is required, along with minimum 2 years of experience as a Specification Coordinator specializing in paints-related projects or a similar industry.

Skills Required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized and timely manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other document processing software.
