Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the front office team, including managing reservations, guest interactions, and room assignments.
- Develop and implement new initiatives and ideas to improve customer satisfaction and hotel performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to management on key performance indicators.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a branded hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests at all levels.
- Advanced English language, Arabic language is a plus.
- Flexibility, agility, and the ability to work under pressure.
