This exciting opportunity entails overseeing inventory management, data entry, and operational controls for our restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Provision Master to analyze F&B store consumption and optimize ordering.
  • Enter all POs, Invoices, Inventories, and stocks received into the computer system, maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Provision Master to update food inventory records daily, ensuring real-time accuracy.
  • Perform regular spot-checks on restaurant and Central Kitchen stock levels to prevent overstocking and minimize waste.
  • Verify storing operations on the pier, enforcing compliance and efficiency standards.
  • Process requisitions and input them into the computer system, ensuring seamless tracking and record-keeping.
  • Monitor and control stock transfers between onboard locations.
  • Record physical bar stock counts and analyze results to identify discrepancies.
  • Develop a comprehensive inventory routine for each food & beverage location, verifying inventory levels regularly.
  • Prepare a voyage report at the end of each cruise, signed by the F&B Manager, for submission to the shore-side office.
  • Implement random audits and reconciliations throughout the voyage, addressing systems and financial control issues as they arise.
  • Routine operation of end-of-day procedures on all bar point-of-sale workstations; distribute daily sales analysis reports as required.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in Data Entry or Inventory Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent typing and inventory skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Able to handle stress and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
