Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Audit Manager and staff to ensure the quality execution of audits and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Conduct thorough audits of our systems and processes, providing detailed reports on compliance levels and identifying risk implementation gaps.
  • Support the Group Risk Management Function in specific risk and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives.
  • Embed a strong risk culture within our organization, promoting a culture of compliance and ensuring adherence to our policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education/Certification and Continued Education:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA/CPA) or Inter CA with a Post Graduate Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CIA qualification is advantageous.

Experience:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in finance and accounts, with at least 3 - 5 years in an internal audit role.
