Job Summary

The Environmental Health and Safety Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies, programs, and procedures to ensure the well-being of employees and guests across all One&Only Resorts locations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Safety Policy Development: Develop, review, and update safety policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  3. Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs for employees on health and safety protocols, including emergency response procedures and crisis management plans.
