Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • BUILD sustainable relationships with customers by taking the extra mile.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers by offering patient assistance and support.
  • Inform customers about new products, services, and policies through regular calls.
  • Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our call center database.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements and skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of Beno's products and/or services.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
