Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the quality team to ensure compliance with contracts, project quality plans, and regulations.
  2. Facilitate escalation of project challenges and coordinate with internal stakeholders to remove roadblocks.
  3. Build and mentor the quality team, conduct meetings, and train team members and suppliers to prevent recurring issues.
  4. Oversee defect resolution, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure corrective action plans are in place.
  5. Drive company's commitment to quality excellence, ensuring adherence to project requirements and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience as Quality Manager on major infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in wind industry is mandatory.
  • Knowledge in people management and quality methods and systems.
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office/SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential, both verbally and written.
