Job Title: Global Trade Specialist

We are seeking a talented Global Trade Specialist to join our team at HR Force International, where we strive to deliver exceptional quality bathroom products worldwide.

This role will involve coordinating imports and exports, managing international trade activities, and ensuring seamless customs clearance in Europe.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating imports and exports, including organizing shipments and managing transportation costs
  • Managing international trade activities, including registration and preparation of documentation for customs clearance
  • Working closely with customs brokers to ensure efficient customs clearance in Europe
  • Staying up-to-date with certification requirements in the EU and ensuring compliance
  • Sourcing new suppliers and negotiating contracts on favorable terms
  • Preparing reports and planning expenses related to global trade activities
  • Collaborating with our logistics team to optimize supply chain processes
  • Negotiating and signing contracts with new partners
Requirements:
  • Experience working with transportation companies and knowledge of the freight market
  • Knowledge of transportation and freight legislation (international logistics)
  • Experience working with Business Process Management software
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Candidates must be available for full-time employment schedule (5 days a week)
