We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in service delivery, managing labor costs, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leader and Mentor**: Direct, motivate, and discipline employees to achieve outstanding results in service delivery and quality.
  2. Trainer and Developer**: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
  3. Operations Expert**: Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently, addressing customer complaints, and implementing effective service recovery strategies.
  4. Performance Coach**: Regularly assess employee performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve productivity and guest satisfaction.
  5. Quality Assurance**: Ensure adherence to F&B policies, procedures, and quality standards, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
  6. Inventory Manager**: Collaborate with stewarding to maintain accurate inventory control, minimizing losses and optimizing resource allocation.
  7. Guest Experience Champion**: Establish and maintain a guest database, recording preferences and tailoring services to meet individual needs.
  8. Labor Cost Controller**: Monitor labor costs, scheduling employees effectively to deliver exceptional service while staying within budgeted parameters.
  9. Cleanliness Inspector**: Conduct regular walk-throughs to inspect food and beverage quality, maintaining high standards across all areas of the restaurant.
  10. Promotions Coordinator**: Coordinate promotional plans with Public Relations, aligning menu cycles with the Chef de Cuisine to drive business growth and increase revenue.
